Discussion of levels of contribution and comparable organisations
PD: May be best to present as membership fee as this is easier to go through large organisations
CT: Need to align with peoples budget cycles
JOH: AMQP Group will not exist forever - expect to merge into existing standards organisation
JOH: will need more than one official officer
know how to operate it out of UK
others could be able to operate out of US
USD may make more sense than GBP
Discuss on PMC again within two weeks

Review of the discussions over 1-0 spec
explanation that we are ensuring that all User SIG requirements for 1-0 are met, JMS will be supported
Expectation that other areas (Global addressing, message format, management, etc.) will have strong proposals by the time 1-0 is release
Agreement from Microsoft that this approach is sensible.
