Release AMQP 1.0 PR2 (Subversion R950) for Public Review
Resolution
The PMC resolves that AMQP 1.0 PR2 (document subversion revision 950) be released to the public as Public Review 2, and the 60 day period for solicitation of public feedback begins as per our process describer in the [Process+SIG].
As per the process, comments will be invited, collected and catalogued. The PMC will determine if comments are substantive or not. If there are substantive comments, they will be addressed and a new PR created and released; this process being repeated until stability is achieved.
